William D. Schultz has been a CPA for over twenty-five years and formed Schultz & Associates, CPA’s in 1989. With Denny’s direction, the firm concentrated on assisting small businesses, which had been largely neglected by CPA firms in the past. This gave the small business owner access to the professional accounting and tax services that only large companies had been able to afford.

Rita Trammel has been with Schultz & Associates, CPA’s since January 1996. She currently holds the position of Vice President and senior accountant for the firm. Rita brings a diversified business and accounting background to the firm. Rita’s experience includes: Head Buyer of House wares division for a national hardware chain; Head Teller Commercial Operations for a regional bank; Payroll Administrator for a
multi
Statecontractor operations; Controller and Director of International Trade for a nationwide import-export company. Ms Trammel has also become sought after by Attorney's to offer testimony at divorce trials. She is also a Certified Quickbooks Advisor.

Mary Kirby

 Mary Kirby has been with Schultz & Associates, CPA’s since June 1999. Mary graduated from Northwestern in 1999 with a 4.0 GPA in accounting. Mary is Senior Accounting Specialist and Office Manager. As such, she supervises the staff of Accounting & Tax Specialist. Her areas of expertise also include personal and corporate tax returns as well as all phases of business accounting services. Mary also is head of administrative services and is our resident expert in spreadsheet technologies. Mary is the mother of two girls and her hobbies include reading, swimming and horseback riding.

Beverly Payne

Beverly Payne joined our staff as Accounting Specialist in September 2007. Beverly has a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is responsible for client write-up and other accounting and tax services for her client group. In addition, Beverly perpares personal and business tax returns. Beverly is married with two girls and her hobbies include reading, and watching baseball or softball. |
Ashley Williams

Ashley Williams joined our staff as Firm Management Specialist in November 2004. As such, Ashley is responsible for all phases of office facilities & document management, scheduling, and procurement. In addition to her degree, her background with an internationally owned and operated distribution chain, make her a natural for the position. Not a day goes by that each staff member is not assisted in some fashion ( or "Whatever" ) by Ms Williams. Ashley is single with a very, very, large Father and Brother ( both ex-Wresler's). Ashley's hobbies include riding motorcycles, movies, and swimming. |
